Tou-chin-sai - Diary

My friend's husband works at a pottery in Iga, and when I visited them, I bought this Tou-chin-sai because its shape is so pretty.
This is a magic pot with which you can cook vegetables unbelievably well by just putting it into a microwave.
No. this isn't a pot.
It's Tou-chin-sai.
Live-alone persons should get one!
People living in a studio apartment are reluctant to cook, but with this you just chop vegetables and meat or fish, and then put them into a microwave for five minutes! You can have many vegetables, and the juiciness of meat and fish makes the dish tastier.
