KUMIE may delegate the management of personal information to third parties within the range of specified purposes of use. KUMIE carefully select these third parties in consideration for the technological level of personal information security they provide, and exercise necessary and appropriate supervision over these third parties. KUMIE will not provide personal information without the consent of the individual to any undelegated third parties, except for cases which are recognized as an exception by law. KUMIE will not provide any personal information without the consent of the individual to any third parties based on the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (Article 23.2).
Request for Information and Respect for The Rights
In deference to customers' rights to personal information, KUMIE will sincerely respond to customers' requests for disclosure of his/her own personal information, its correction and deletion, and rejection of the provision or use of personal information.
